There may be a fee for reproducing works of art from the museum's collection.

All requests should include the artifact, title, and accession number, if known, and the intended use. Include specific details of use (i.e. title of publication, author, publisher name and address, language, distribution rights desired, print run, product price, expected date of publication, interior or cover, and in color or black and white).

All requests are subject to approval and additional information may be required. Prepayment in U.S. dollars and a signed contract is required.

The museum only allows reproductions from digital files provided by the museum. Slides, digital files, and prints are available for scholarly research and personal use.

Art and artifacts owned by Old Cowtown Museum may be protected by copyright not held by the museum. The museum assumes no responsibility for any royalties or fees claimed by the copyright owner or on his or her behalf by artist representatives.
